The Energy Ministry refuses that there are energy efficiency and energy saving programs  in building sector. Programs for energy efficiency and energy saving are not in the plans of the Energy Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

On 30 of march the head of the Kyrgyz scientific- research and project institute of the aseismic construction  Mr. Imanbekov said that Energy Ministry of the  Kyrgyz Republic provide for 780 000 $ for energy efficiency and energy saving programs. It is an adequate amount for fulfilling this program.

Also   Mr. Imanbekov said that financing would be made by the national budget or by the external sources.
